Plant-Based Spaghetti Bolognese

Make a comforting bowl of a plant-based twist on classic spaghetti Bolognese. Combine a mix of finely chopped carrots, mushrooms, walnuts and saute with onions and herbs. Add freshly blended tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of cooked spaghetti and garnish.

Mushroom Carbonara

Grill lightly seasoned chopped mushrooms with a drizzle of oil until crispy. Make the plant-based carbonara sauce by sautéing a chopped onion and minced garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, whisking in organic plain flour, and gradually adding plant-based milk along with nutritional yeast, Hawaiian lava salt, and black pepper, simmering until thickened. This plant-based spaghetti carbonara has rich and complex flavours

Garlic and Olive Oil Spaghetti

In a pan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil until golden and fragrant. Toss cooked spaghetti in the garlic-infused oil, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a kick, and finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley. Add salt to taste - a delciously quick meal.
