Organic Adzuki Beans
Organic adzuki beans have a delicious sweet and nutty flavour, making them perfect for soups, Asian dishes like dim sum, as well as a unique addition in desserts.
How To Cook
Soak the beans for roughly 1-2 hours. Drain water and replace with fresh, cold water for cooking. Place on the stove and bring to a boil in a pot with a lid. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, tilting the lid slightly to allow steam to escape. Leave to cook for up to an hour, or until tender. Drain and serve.
