Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water until al dente. In a separate pan, sauté garlic and onions in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Drain the tagliatelle and toss it in the sauce. Serve with a sprinkle of cashew parmesan.

Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Tagliatelle
