We don’t accept returns on Pantry, Pet or Seeds items — unless it’s not what you ordered or it arrives in poor quality. We accept returns on accessories bought from the Housekeeping, Health & Beauty, Baby or Living collections if they’re unused. We also accept returns on Plants within the first 48 hours of receiving the item.
