How To Cook
Bring a medium saucepan of water to boil, add salt to taste. Add your desired amount of pasta to boiling water. Stir gently. Return to a boil. For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 10- 12 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute. Remove from heat. Drain well. Serve immediately with your favourite sauce. This fusilli is made from semolina which is made from durum wheat and as it is whole wheat this means the full grain was used in the semolina and the husk and bran wasn’t removed, meaning all its nutrients were retained. The semolina is then dampened with water till it is moist and then it is shaped using a machine and these shapes are then left to dry. Fusilli pasta was originally developed in southern Italy by rolling and setting fresh spaghetti around thin rods to get their spiral shape. How Its Grown/Processed
