Garlic originates in middle Asia with the exact origin not known as some believe it's from West China to Kazakhstan. To make garlic powder a garlic bulb is peeled and sliced and then heated in order to dry and dehydrate the garlic. The dehydrated garlic is then further sliced and powdered down until its desired particle size.
Packed in an environment that also handles nuts, mustard, celery, soya, gluten, sesame, sulphites and milk.
