How To Use
Organic Maple Syrup helps fight inflammatory diseases, owing to its inflammation-reducing polyphenol antioxidants. It can be used in many ways, such as in salsa, salad dressing, drizzled over or in baked goods as well as in plant-based burgers.
How Its Grown/Processed
Pure maple syrup comes from the sap of Sugar maple trees and these are native to North America, especially Canada and they are also found in the subtropics of Guatemala and Mexico. The sap is harvested by tubing systems that take the sap by gravity or vacuum directly to where it will be processed. This sap is then boiled in an evaporator until it becomes denser and sweeter. About 40 liters of sap boils down to produce 1 liter of pure maple syrup.
