Organic Mung Beans have a sweet, nutty flavour when sprouted or cooked, meaning they work in salads, veggie burgers and Asian foods like Indian curries. They are providers of vitamin B and when sprouted, they become sources of vitamin C and K.

How To Cook

  1. Add the mung beans and water to a large saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil for a few minutes

  3. Leave to simmer stirring occasionally. 

  4. Drain and serve.
