Meaning 'little worms' in Italian, this organic vermicelli pasta is perfect added to a hearty vegetable soup or as a delicate main meal.

How To Cook

  1. Place your pasta in a deep mixing bowl, trying to snap as few of them as possible as you remove them from the package. 

  2. Bring a good amount of water to boil. Pour the boiling water over the pasta until they are completely submerged. 

  3. Every minute or two, give them a stir to loosen them up. 

  4. They will cook through in just a few minutes. 

  5. Once they are tender, drain them and run them under cool water to stop the cooking. 

  6. Toss them with a bit of oil to keep them from sticking to each other if you’re not going to use them right away.
