
Organic Black Beluga Lentils
Organic black beluga lentils are a versatile addition to many meals. There unique colour and texture make them a delicious addition to dahls, soups and salads.
How To Cook
Using 2 1/2 cups of water to 1 cup of lentils. Bring a large saucepan to boil. Add the lentils, cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer until they are tender. Cooking time is typically 20-25 minutes. Be sure to season with salt after cooking as if salt is added before, the lentils will become tough.
