Organic brown lentils, nutty and flavoured, are a perfect and moreish addition to any classic curry dish. Rich in protein, they also work well with other beans, pulses and lentils.

How To Cook

  1. Using 3 cups of water to 1 cup of lentils. Bring a large saucepan to boil. 

  2. Add the lentils, cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer until they are tender. 

  3. Cooking time is typically 15-20 minutes. 

  4. Be sure to season with salt after cooking as if salt is added before, the lentils will become tough.
