Organic bulgur wheat is high in vitamin B and other minerals. This fluffy, versatile grain which only cooks in 5 minutes, is perfect for stuffed vegetables, salads and as a rice substitute.

How To Cook

Using the ratio of 1 Cup Bulgar to 2 cups of water. 

  1. Combining both the water and Bulgar wheat in a large saucepan. 

  2. Bring to a rolling boil and leave for 15 minutes, without lifting the lid. 

  3. After this turn off the heat. 

  4. Fluff with a fork, replace the lid and leave for 10 minutes. 

  5. Fluff again, season and serve.
