How To Cook
Using the ratio of 1 Cup Bulgar to 2 cups of water. Combining both the water and Bulgar wheat in a large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil and leave for 15 minutes, without lifting the lid. After this turn off the heat. Fluff with a fork, replace the lid and leave for 10 minutes. Fluff again, season and serve.
