How To Use
Organic Coconut Flour contains lots of fibre with low carbohydrates. Because it has a higher absorption, you'd need to use less flour (recommended 30g of flour to 60ml of liquid). Coconut flour is used best in baking, such as bread, muffins and cookies, but can also be used to thicken curries and soups.
No gluten-free alternative can fully mimic the properties of wheat flour, so it must be mixed with another flour or starch.
